There has beed dramatic changes in the way the world conducts business. In only a matter of a few years, the Internet has pervaded the way that people live. The novelty of emails has worn off and now people are communicate by email as a matter of course. It has becomem very affordable to keep in touch unlike before when the only way one could communicate with family was through long-distance telephone which was very expensive.
